Governing how we work with our publishers, including payments, responsibilities and code of conduct.

### Joining the platform as a publisher

All publishers signing up to the Awin platform must accept the Publisher Terms found on this page. This page contains explainers as to which specific set(s) of terms and additional contractual documents will apply to you. Note that multiple terms and contractual documents might apply to you depending on your activity, so please read this page carefully.

### Which T&Cs apply

The Publisher Terms version(s) that apply to you will depend on which program(s) you participate in. The following rules apply:

**AWIN AG Publisher Terms**  
Applies if: You have a tax residence in the EU and you work on program(s) on the Awin network.

**AWIN LTD Publisher Terms**  
Applies if: You have a non-EU tax residence (including UK) and you work on program(s) on the Awin network, except where the Awin Brazil or Awin Mexico Publisher Terms apply.

**Awin Brazil Publisher Terms**  
Applies if: You are a Brazilian-registered publisher and you work on program(s) in Brazilian Real on the Awin network.

**Awin Mexico Publisher Terms**  
Applies if: You are a Mexican-registered publisher and you work on programme(s) in Mexican Peso on the Awin network.

**Private Network Publisher Addendum**  
Applies if: You have been invited to participate in an Advertiser’s private affiliate marketing network, which is powered by Awin but separate to Awin’s affiliate marketing network.

### Which data processing provisions apply

The data processing annex(es) that apply to you will depend on whether or not you contract with AWIN LTD or AWIN AG and/or whether or not you process personal data of certain individuals. The following rules apply:

**GDPR Annex**  
Applies if:

(i) You contract with AWIN LTD or AWIN AG; and/or

(ii) You process EU/UK data subjects’ data (i.e. EU/UK consumers, website visitors)

**U.S. Privacy Annex**  
Applies if: You process the personal information of U.S. residents (i.e. consumers, website visitors)

**Brazil LGPD Annex**  
Applies if: You process personal data of Brazilian data subjects (i.e. consumers, website visitors)

**Mexican Data Protection Annex**  
Applies if: You process personal data of Mexican data subjects (i.e. consumers, website visitors)
